
Terms & Conditions Agreement
The AHRA Registration Terms & Conditions (the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to the AHRA 2026 Annual Meeting. Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the Terms & Conditions contained herein. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register. Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to June 12, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to registration@ahra.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Non-AHRA member substitutes replacing AHRA members must pay the difference between the member and non-member rate. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the hotel.
Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, productive, and welcoming environment that is inclusive and free from discrimination, regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, or any other protected categories under applicable law.
All participants—including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, service providers, and others — must abide by the following policy:
Expected Behavior
- Be considerate of those around you
- Be respectful of others and their viewpoints
- Be collaborative with others
- Be mindful of your words and actions
Unacceptable behaviors may include, but are not limited to:
- Offensive or unwanted behavior or language related to protected categories
- Visual harassment, including sexual images or sexual language in presentations
- Sexual harassment of any kind
- Wearing attire with harmful or offensive language or imagery
- Disruption of presentations or AHRA-organized events
- Copying or taking screenshots of Q&A or chat activity in virtual spaces
- Threats, intimidation, or bullying (online or in-person)
- Sharing AHRA registration credentials with others
- Making event content available to AHRA competitors
- Possession of weapons or items construed as weapons
- Possession or mention of illegal substances
- Inappropriate comments or stalking of attendees
- Nudity
- Any other illegal activity
AHRA has zero tolerance for any form of discrimination or harassment, including sexual harassment, by participants or staff. If you are the subject of, or witness to, any violations, please contact memberservices@ahra.org.
Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without warning or refund, and/or debarment from future events. If deemed necessary, local law enforcement may be involved.
Photography Policy
On occasion, you may be photographed, video-taped, or audio-taped in connection with AHRA activities. As a participant of the AHRA 2026 Annual Meeting, you agree that AHRA is the sole owner of all rights to the resulting photographs, video footage, and recordings for all purposes related to AHRA’s business. Your name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional materials. Participants will not receive compensation or royalties for appearance in any materials.
