8' high backwall and 3' high sidewall drape (for linear booths only)

24-hour perimeter security services
Post-show attendee mailing list (upon completion of post-event survey)
Priority points toward 2027 anticipated onsite space selection

Exhibitor Schedule

Move-In

Friday, July 10: 12:00 PM - 05:00 PM* (*Pre-approval from AHRA Show Management is required for early move-in on Friday.)
Saturday, July 11: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Sunday, July 12: 07:00 AM - 01:00 PM** (**All exhibit booths must be set up and fully operational by 1:00 PM on Sunday.)

Show Hours

Sunday, July 12: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Monday, July 13: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Tuesday, July 14: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Move-Out

Tuesday, July 14: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday, July 15: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM

IMPORTANT: No part of an exhibit may be removed during show hours without special permission from AHRA. Early dismantling may result in loss of priority points and future exhibit eligibility.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration is now live! Exhibitors received an email from exhibits@ahra.org with their unique registration codes and registration instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact registration@ahra.org.

Exhibitors receive four (4) badges per 10x10 sq ft of exhibit space. Additional badges may be purchased:

Exhibitor Full Conference – Non-member: $825
Exhibitor Full Conference – Member: $725
Exhibitor Gathering Place Only: $225

Badges include access to the Gathering Place and official program sessions (excluding ticketed events). To receive CEs, exhibitors must register as attendees. Badges are for exhibitor employees or contractors only.

Exhibitor Housing

The official AHRA 2026 hotel is the Orlando World Center Marriott. Discounted room rates available until Monday, June 8 (or until sold out).
