Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to July 9, 2025. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to registration@ahra.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Non-AHRA member substitutes replacing AHRA members must pay the difference between the member and non-member rate. Note that cancellations for the hotel should be submitted directly to the hotel.
