Please note: Groups may include members or nonmembers. This offer applies to full conference registration only and is available online for groups of five or more. Conference add-ons are not included in the discounted offering.

Group registration can be completed by a designated registrant at the “Additional People” registration page. Ensure the group registration type is chosen initially for the discount to apply.

Guest passes are reserved for significant others and family members not currently employed in the industry. Business partners and colleagues are not eligible to register as guests and must register for a full conference pass. Guest passes include access to meals and the exhibit hall only.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations prior to June 12, 2026. No refunds will be granted after this date. All cancellations must be submitted via email to registration@ahra.org. Registrations are transferable between individuals from the same company. Non-AHRA member substitutes replacing AHRA members must pay the difference between the member and non-member rate. Please note that hotel cancellations must be submitted directly to the hotel.
