Mentoring for Success

Supported by GE HealthCare, Mentoring for Success is designed to help you grow through meaningful, one-on-one connections with peers across the country — and around the world. Whether you're looking to share your experience or gain a fresh perspective, the platform makes it easy to connect, learn, and lead together.

Register as a mentor or mentee to get started. Mentees are able to browse the database of mentors and request to connect. All participants have the ability to accept or decline connection invitations and have exclusive access to the Mentor Program Community — an online discussion forum to share resources and support one another’s professional development.

Mentor Spotlight

Jamie Coder, CRA, FAHRA

In this Q&A, Jamie reflects on her experience with AHRA’s Mentoring for Success program, highlighting the power of connection, unexpected moments of joy, and why she encourages others to get involved.

Reflecting on your Mentoring for Success relationship, what was the most impactful outcome?

"My mentoring relationship is ongoing, so the most impactful outcome is connection. Listening to the needs of the mentee and adjusting to those needs makes every conversation an equal value of time commitment."

What was an unexpected benefit of participating in this program?

"Joy, not work. Watching your mentee thrive is one of the most rewarding experiences. It gives you also a sense of renewal in your own confidence to also challenge yourself."

Would you recommend participation in the Mentoring for Success program to other AHRA members?

"Absolutely. You get just as much as a mentor as you would a mentee. You learn from each other and quickly get reminded that you are not alone."
