Annual Meeting Ambassadors

An Annual Meeting Ambassador serves as a friendly and knowledgeable guide for new members and first-time attendees onsite at the Annual Meeting. They provide a warm welcome, may assist with check-in, answer questions, and help new members and first-time attendees navigate the event. By offering introductions, sharing key event highlights, and ensuring a positive experience, they create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement and networking.

Requirements:

• Must be a current member in good standing.
• Must have attended 3 or more Annual Meetings in recent years.
• Must plan on attending Annual Meeting 2025 in Las Vegas.
• Must be able to connect with new members and first time attendees virtually ahead of the event, and in person during the entire event.
