AHRA members can access the Exhibit hall for free

he new Exhibit-hall-only registration will give AHRA Members exclusive access to the
exhibit hall for FREE in case they cannot attend the full 3 day event. The Digital Exhibit Hall will have familiar experts you
know and love, and new contacts ready to help you & your organization
thrive. Members can register for the exhibit-hall-only access by clicking here .
AHRA 2020 has special offers for groups
Please contact AHRA here to take advantage of
a multiple registrant discount if 3 or more registrants from the same facility
will be attending.
What if I register for AHRA 2020 but then am unable to participate?
Cancellation of registration must be received in writing to memberservices@ahra.org no later than July 31, 2020. After July 31, 2020 AHRA will assess a $50 cancellation fee. Please note, all sessions and material will be available for a full 30 days following the event. If you cannot make it to the live sessions, you can still access all material for those 30 days.
All you need to know about attending AHRA 2020
How to Log in
Once you are a registered attendee, you will receive a link to the conference via email, and can then sign into the platform using the same username and password you use at ahra.org. This will validate your registration and allow you access. If you need assistance with your username/password, you can request a password reset by emailing memberservices@ahra.org.
If you are an exhibitor, you will log in with your email address and an automatically generated password. This password will be emailed to you directly from MeetingPlay. If you have not received the email by August 6, please check your Junk and/or Spam folders. If you still don't have it, please reach out to ahrareg@conferencemanagers.com.
Don't wait to log-in. There are a few steps to take to make this event tailored especially to your needs.
Starting August 6, we encourage you to log into the platform and get set up:
- Ensure your user ID and password logs you into the system
- Upload your profile photo
- Add as much detailed information as possible to your profile
- Identify your interest areas
- Review the sessions and build your schedule
On Demand content will go live on Tuesday, August 11, at 9:00 a.m. ET and live programming begins with Breakout Sessions on August 11 at 10 a.m. ET. All live programming will be recorded and available On Demand immediately after the session.

In what time zone is the conference scheduled?
The schedule will be in Eastern Time (ET) starting at 10:00 am ET each day.
How can I connect with other attendees?
-Virtual Networking
We are taking matchmaking online! While filling out your profile, you will be asked a series of five questions which
will be used to match you with colleagues who have similar interests.You can easily find the colleagues under the Networking link in the Navigation panel.
-AHRA 2020 Virtual Social Feed
Interact with your fellow attendees on the social feed. Post comments and photos and have the opportunity to connect with your colleagues!
-Live Chat & Video
You will have the capability of video chatting or direct messaging anyone in the attendee list through their interactive profile.
How can I connect with exhibitors?
- Digital Exhibit Hall: We know that the exhibit hall is an important part of the conference, and have ensured a robust virtual presence with our exhibitors. You will have the opportunity to visit individual booths, learn about the products and services, and connect with each exhibit booth representative.
- Exhibitor Symposia: Attending a symposia allows you the opportunity to receive quality content on current industry topics and a chance to participate in live Q&A with an exhibitor.
- Live Demos: Get up close with a sponsor while they showcase their products and services. You'll have the opportunity to chat and ask questions directly and in real-time!
- Flash Sessions: Attend a quick, 15-minute educational presentation offered by the sponsor via video.
- Knowledge Hunt: Participate in our Knowledge Hunt that will direct you to find unique answers from participating exhibitors. You'll earn points for each question you answer!
What’s the Reward Zone ?
We all love the free swag we get at conventions and we didn’t want to hold back just because we are virtual. We encourage you to explore the platform by allowing you to earn points for visiting booths, interacting with exhibitors and speakers, checking into sessions and just filling out your profile. Check the daily leaderboard to see who has the most points and who will be receiving some amazing prizes. Learn more here.
How do I get my Continuing Education Credits?
To earn Continuing Education credits on all CE-eligible sessions, you will need to
(1) check into the session if you are watching a live broadcast
(2) evaluate the session
(3) complete the post-test
To access the evaluation, go to the Session Rating section within the session’s window. To access your CE post-test, go to the Overview section within the session window where you will see a direct link to complete the session’s test. Upon successfully passing each CE quiz, your personalized CE certificate can be accessed by visiting https://www.ahra.org/ and navigating to MY AHRA (top menu), CE Letters (from the drop down menu). The pass rate required to earn CE credits is 75% and you will have 3 chances to complete. No CE credits will be available to earn after September 12, 2020. For more in-depth information, please visit the Continuing Education menu within the virtual meeting platform.
PRIVACY POLICY
Sharing of Information
While participating in the AHRA 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting, the platform will automatically track your movement and participation to provide useful data for AHRA and Exhibitors. This information will be used for CE, Reward Zone, and to help AHRA provide useful content in the future. This includes but is not limited to your participation in sessions, networking, and downloads. Exhibitors will receive your information anytime you click into their booth and participate in the Knowledge Hunt unless you Opt-Out while setting up your profile.
Platform Privacy Settings
Your privacy settings will automatically be set to ‘Opt-In’ when setting up your profile. However, you have the ability to turn off any of the following settings while setting up your profile. Choosing NOT to share your information may limit you from enjoying the full experience the robust meeting platform can offer.

- Display email on profile page
- Allow notifications
- Notify for activity on my posts
- Notify me for individual and group chat messages
- Notify me for agenda related activity
- Allow users to video chat with me
