Frequently Asked Questions

Can I watch any of the sessions with my team as a group?
Yes, what a great learning opportunity for everyone! Just remember that only registered attendees will have access to the entire conference website, which includes all live and recorded sessions, discussion threads, networking opportunities, resource material, CE tests, and exhibit hall.

What kind of computer do I need?
You can participate in a virtual conference using a PC or a Mac, or mobile device. For the best viewing experience, we recommend the most current version of your web browser (eg, Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

What happens if I miss one of the live events?
The live sessions will all be recorded and available in the archive by the next day.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is approximately 60 minutes (50 minute presentations with 10 minutes of Q&A time at the end).

How many CEs are available?
Each of the ten sessions is eligible for 1 ARRT Category A CE credit. Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) credit is also available. (subject to change)

My certification renewal is coming up. What date/month will any CEs I earn be awarded?
The CE will be dated on the day you submit the post-test for a session. The conference website will remain open after the live conference officially ends, so the date you complete an exam could be October, November, or December. It's up to you. Plan accordingly for any renewals.

How long will I have access to the conference website?
All participants will have full access to the conference website until December 31, which includes all presentation recordings, discussion threads, handouts, exhibit hall, and other tools. We will provide all registrants with 30 day notice before the site is shut down.

System Requirements

Web Browsers
For maximum performance, security, and stability during the conference, download the latest version of your preferred Web browser. And also disable pop-window blockers and allow pop-up windows to display.
Software
To improve your experience, download these free software programs:
WebEx Plugin (one time installation)

Internet Connection
We recommend using a wired broadband connection—wireless, mobile, satellite, and dial-up connections are not always as fast or stable. On rare occasions, disruptions to your Internet connection can result in sessions freezing or closing abruptly. If this occurs, simply rejoin the session.

Technical Tips
Here are some tips to avoid common access issues:
  • If you only see the logo after accessing the site, disable any pop-up blockers.
  • When exiting the conference, use the "Logout" button in the upper right corner of the conference site. Do not use the red "X" or shut down your computer to leave the conference. Doing so may temporarily lock you out of the conference.
  • If you receive an error message that reads, "You are already logged in on another computer," wait for 5 minutes and try again. If, after 5 minutes, you still are unable to access the site, or if you are in the middle of a live chat, contact iCohere support is available from 5 AM to 5 PM US Pacific time by calling 925-256-4343  ext 123 or via email support@icohere.com.
