Where is the Annual Meeting taking place?
This year's conference will be held at Music City Center, 201 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203

How can I register?
Online Registration is closed now, but you can register on-site in Nashville at the Registration Desk!
Registration is located in the Exhibit Hall- A2 foyer, level 3
Registration Desk hours are:

Saturday 7/31 11am – 5pm
Sunday 8/1 7am – 5:30pm
Monday 8/2 7am – 5:30pm
Tuesday 8/3 7am – 6pm
Wednesday 8/4 7am – 3pm

How long will the AHRA room block be available?
The special AHRA event room rates  ended July 16, but you may still make reservations with the hotels if they have availability.

How much will rooms cost?
Room rates will be approximately $250+taxes/night. They may be higher once room blocks are closed.

Can I renew my membership with registration?
Yes, please choose the Non-Member plus membership option and AHRA will renew your membership through 12/31/2022.

Can I get an invoice to submit to my facility for payment?
Yes, please contact Member Services at memberservices@ahra.org. 

Can I apply my rewards points toward my registration cost?
Yes, please use the Rewards Request form or contact Member Services at memberservices@ahra.org

What does my registration fee include?
Registration includes admittance to educational sessions, keynotes and exhibit hall. Registration does not include any airfare, transportation or hotel accommodations.

When will the session content be available?
Session information is available now in the Full Schedule  tab.

Which track should I choose?
AHRA 2021 has just one track for all attendees this year, the Established Leaders Track. This is content that will work for everyone! We hope you enjoy it.

How do I cancel my registration?
Please refer to the cancellation policy on your event confirmation.

Is there a mobile app this year for the event?
Yes, and it's important to download it this year as we are not printing brochures in the interest of sustainability. You'll want to have the app to access the full schedule and descriptions, ask questions at sessions, take polls and quizzes, upload & view event photos, read Convention Daily, Access handouts, and more! it's free and easy. Is there a First Aid office onsite?
Yes, the EMT office is outside entrance to Hall B. 
EMT hours:
Saturday: 8:30am-5:30pm
Sunday:  7:30am-5:30pm
Monday: 6:30am-2:30pm
Tuesday: 9:30am-2:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am-9:00pm
