Where is the Annual Meeting taking place?
This year's conference will be held at Music City Center, 201 5th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203

When will registration open?

Registration is open now, you can register with Member Services anytime by calling 978-443-7591 Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm EST.

When will the AHRA room block be available?
Hotel negotiations are still underway, details and available room blocks can be found here.

How much will rooms cost?
Room rates will be approximately $250+taxes/night.

Can I renew my membership with registration?
Yes, please choose the Non-Member plus membership option and AHRA will renew your membership through 12/31/2022.

Can I get an invoice to submit to my facility for payment?
Yes, please contact Member Services at memberservices@ahra.org. 

Can I apply my rewards points toward my registration cost?
Yes, please use the Rewards Request form or contact Member Services at memberservices@ahra.org

What does my registration fee include?
Registration includes admittance to educational sessions, keynotes and exhibit hall. Registration does not include any airfare, transportation or hotel accommodations.

When will the session content be available?
Session information is available now in the Full Schedule  tab.

Which track should I choose?
If you are new to management we recommend choosing the Aspiring Leaders Track. These sessions are an introductory course to topics such as budgeting, communication and patient satisfaction. If you have experience in the medical imaging management field, the Established Leaders Track is for you.

Can I change tracks?
You can change your track prior to the start of the conference if necessary.

How do I cancel my registration?
