Shimadzu and AHRA Create Partnership
SUDBURY, MA, September 11, 2013 – Shimadzu Corporation and the AHRA Education Foundation (EF) are pleased to announce a five year partnership (2013 – 2017) as part of the AHRA EF Expanding Excellence Campaign.
Shimadzu has been a long time supporter of AHRA in advancing the medical imaging industry, but in 2013 surpassed all historic levels of investment in its Foundation. With a commitment at the three star partnership level, a total of $102,200 has been pledged over the five year period. Shimadzu joins other leading corporate partners in the top tier of the campaign.
The AHRA Expanding Excellence Campaign has been an unprecedented fundraising effort that surpassed its $3,000,000 goal by raising a total of $3,168,375. Several corporations and many AHRA members made commitments to the AHRA EF in support of world class education and research initiatives in the imaging management profession.
