Interactive Session - Process Improvement report-outs, Progress, Achievements and Updates
January 16th, 2024
Everyone will have 10 minutes to report on their individual process improvement project - achievements, unintended consequences, overcoming problems and overall learnings. Interactive or pre-recorded.
Capstone Projects - One-on-Ones with Facilitator
During February 2024
During February, each participant will collaborate with the program facilitator to design/accept their Capstone project, including documenting the 3 key aspects of any project - the “what”, “why” and “how”.
Strategic Thinking
February 13th, 2024
Understanding; articulating the Corporate strategic vision; understanding how to bridge the gap between the “As Is” and the “To Be”; develop contributing concepts and initiatives to grow your brand image
Financial Reporting
March 2023, during CLIMB
Financial reports as management tools ; creating business plans and forecasts; using “the numbers” as a management tool; variance analysis, trends and “root cause analysis”. Guest speaker Luann Culbreth
Strategic Thinking
April 16th, 2024
Each participant will have 10 minutes to present outcomes/lessons learned from “strategic” initiatives since February 13th; communication skills to increase visibility & credibility; how to take initiatives to VPs and C suite to grow your personal brand. C-suite level guest speaker. Interactive or pre-recorded.
First 2-Year Planning Working Session
May 14th, 2024
Each participant will have 10 minutes to report on their individual progress in the program, including: where are you with your 2-year plan?; your vision for what you’ll achieve; the stepping-stones to get there? Any update on using financial/activity-based reports as management tools? Capstone project updates. “Community” based activities? Interactive or pre-recorded.
Second 2-Year Planning Working Session
July 16th, 2024
Each participant will have 10 minutes to report on their individual progress in the program, including:
- How are you working with VPs and the C suite?
- How are you being noticed?
- Have you made any strategic interactions or initiatives?
- Have you found yourself a mentor, an “angel”?
- Personal advisory board?
- “Community” based activities?
- Capstone project progress reports
- What are you planning for next year?

Graduation
