What are the technical requirements to attend AHRA Spring 2021?
To have the best experience while attending AHRA Spring 2021, please make sure your computer is compatible with the following software that will be used throughout the conference. • Make sure you are using a strong Internet connection and connect via hard-wire Internet if possible.
• We recommend that you open the platform in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer, may not be compatible with the platform. Using Internet Explorer can result in content failing to load and attendance not being tracked for CE purposes.
• We will be using Zoom for our live sessions. We recommend going to the Zoom Download Center before the event to download and install Zoom Client for Meetings. After installing, join a test Zoom meeting to confirm that your microphone and speakers are working properly. If you do not install the Zoom app before the event, you will be prompted to do so when you join your first live session. Note that it may take a few minutes to download and install the app, delaying your access to the session.

The platform does not recommend accessing the conference while on your VPN. You may need to reach out to your IT administrator to surpass the firewall.

In what time zone is the conference scheduled?
The schedule will be in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) each day.
