These webinars will be held in two different sessions - register for one or both. They will provide vital information to avoid costly errors through an understanding of the various operational and compliance concerns for radiology. The sessions will also ensure that all attendees are up-to-date on coding, reimbursement and compliance for 2017.

Session I: Diagnostic Radiology
Wednesday, February 15, 2017 at 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST
Participants will learn about and discuss the diagnostic radiology updates for 2017 as well as other key areas of concern:

Modality specific areas of concern – coding, edits and audit targets (60 Minutes):
• CT/CTA
• MR/MRA
• Ultrasound
• PET

This dynamic session is for individuals responsible for any portion of the charge capture, coding, documentation, billing and account follow-up of diagnostic imaging services.  All of the 2017 diagnostic coding updates will be reviewed in detail as well as other key items of concern related to imaging services, including but not limited to, reimbursement, audit concerns, edits and upcoming CDS.  Physician coders and radiology administrators will gain the information that they need to ensure correct coding for their organizations.  It is recommended that appropriate individuals from Compliance and Finance be invited to ensure consistency and accuracy within the entire organization.

Session II: Interventional Radiology
Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM EST
Participants will learn about and discuss the interventional radiology updates for 2017:

2017 Coding & Edit Updates (70 Minutes)
• Fluoroscopic Guidance
• Conscious/Moderate Sedation
• Endovenous Ablation Procedures/Sclerotherapy
• Angioplasty
• Dialysis Circuit Maintenance
• Spinal Procedures

Modality specific areas of concern – coding, edits and audit targets (25 Minutes):
• Transcatheter Therapies

Other key areas of concern (15 Minutes):
• Supervision/Performance of IR Procedures by Physician Extenders

In addition:
• Q & A (10 Minutes)
